I sat in my students desks all day for Professional Development this August. By the end of the day, my back was sore, I was claustrophobic (with my dear neighbor only inches away), and I wanted to go home and not return! I can't believe how long the kids at my school have endured these old desks! Please help me make my classroom comfortable for learning. I want them to WANT to come in and have a seat. I like the exercise balls because it lets my active students exercise their core muscles while they learn! We really need to upgrade our seating in order to engage students and make them ready to learn!
