The purpose for my project is to provide my students in both sections, books, resources, and activities in Spanish in order to foster learning for my students who are English language learners. It will also serve as materials to enrich the teaching of Spanish to students for whom English is their first language. My students will utilize these books and resources as they begin to read and write! The book listed are wonderful resources to use in shared readings and a part of Writer's Workshop. The collections also include the books and stories that we have all enjoyed as students at one point. "A book is a gift you can open again and again." Garrison Keillor
