Our school has approximately 420 students in grades three through five who come from a diverse range of backgrounds. Our school holds high academic and social expectations for both our students and staff. These high expectations have resulted in numerous awards and accolades for our students' achievement over the past few years. Our students are eager and excited learners who enjoy hands-on projects and access to materials which support and enhance their learning especially in the STEM field. Our students played a large part in determining what materials we selected as part of our award because we felt it was important to involve them in the process as they would be the ones who would benefit directly from these resources. Every item selected will be in the hands of teachers and students as a way to enhance and support our curriculum.
