My scholars are creative problem solvers who are excited to learn when presented with the right environment. They burst with excitement when presented with hands on projects that combine their interests with their academic goals. They are question askers and passionate explorers of the world. Even though many of my scholars have a lot stacked against them, given the right environment they work hard to ensure bright futures for themselves. One hundred percent of the students at our school qualify for free and reduced lunch. The students we serve have many hurdles to overcome before they can be successful, but they do their best to jump them. Giving them the right tools will help them do just that!
