It seems like such a simple thing to so many people. However, reading a book is something most of our students struggle with. Not because they can't read, but because they don't have the books to read at home. Most of the families that attend this elementary school struggle financially and have a hard enough time providing the basics for their family, let alone anything additional like books or school supplies. I want to create a classroom that fosters the love of learning and where students can come and do just that, read! These solar system supplies will go into our AR room, a room designated just for reading, and help create our Reading is Out of This World theme.

About my class
