I am a fifth grade general education classroom teacher. My school houses Pre-K to Fifth grade. My school is in a high need community, where the students are in need of everything, from writing utensils to food. The Internet is not something that my students are familiar with unless they go to the library which is rare, at the library they have fifteen minutes slots to use the computers.
