In my classroom, my students are full of joy and love to communicate with their peers and others throughout the school! Many of my students are non-verbal and currently do not produce words/phrases, so we rely on picture cards and communication boards. Picture cards and communication boards give my students access to communicating their wants and needs, feelings, and participation in classwork and casual conversation. Speaking is a huge part of most people's daily lives, and these materials can help give my students a voice! We currently do not have access to a color printer so many of our current pictures are black, grey, and grainy, which makes them difficult to relate to. I hope that you can help provide us with the materials needed to make the picture cards and communication boards that my students need. These kids are pretty great and they have so much to say!
