At Potomac View Elementary, we work very large group of diverse learners. Students come into my classroom from a variety of academic and cultural backgrounds. The majority of my students are second language learners. I love having such a diverse group of students each year. PVES is also a title 1 school with one of the highest percentages of students who receive free or reduced lunch. These students come to school each day eager to learn, are motivated, hardworking, and are truly inspiring. It is because of their joy for learning that I work harder to continuously find new ways to engage their learning. I want each and every one of my students to reach their goals and be successful. I hope to help them achieve their goals with the necessary tools and resources.
