My students come from a variety of different backgrounds. The commonality is that most of them picked to come to this school. My students have a lot of different ability levels. With this in mind, I am already thinking of ways to differentiate instruction. I want to make sure we have a strong sense of community in our classroom where everyone has time to share, learn, and explore, no matter where they are at in the learning process. I want my students to be strong students as well and kind caring members of the community.
