Mailboxes are a wonderful tool not only for myself (I love organization), but they are also a safe place for students to keep their hard work. It will help me communicate with my students' families and send work home. Sometimes work gets lost in the classroom or more often, the students' desks. This will provides a place for it to safely go before they get packed up for the week. It also allows me to see who is missing what work, and what I need to send home with which students.
