Our class is a special education, self contained class with 4th and 5th graders. This project is important for us for a few reasons. The first reason is with the laptops we will be able to access websites and lessons that help us increase our reading and math levels independently, working on our personal goals on the levels that we are currently on. It is super differentiated and personalized and really helps us meet our goals in an exciting way. We are the first graduating class of the Fairmont Neighborhood School and we are really proud of that title. These laptops will also help us create a year book committee and give us the tools we need to create a beautiful memory of our years at Fairmont.
