I have a class of 20 wonderful students. Our school does not have the budget to provide the technology that I would like use in my classroom. Many of my students have used different types of technology at home, some have not. For my struggling readers, I have old laptops that help them with reading at their level. I use America Reads volunteers to tutor these students, but it would be great to see them pick more challenging stories to listen to and discuss.
