This year, having High-Interest Intervention Reading folders will allow my students to be responsible for their own learning. They will take ownership in their academic abilities and feel a sense of pride when they are successful. The privacy partitions will give each student an area of their own in which to work and shine brightly. I'm sure time in the class library sitting on the new flex-space comfy floor seat reading a good book will become a favorite time of the day for my students. Last but not least, we'll need a timer to keep us on schedule during the day :-)
