Students earn good behavior tickets and then use those tickets to purchase rewards! PBIS in our school is promoted and funded by donations and fundraising. In order for me to reward students for their excellence behavior, we need resources to purchase small and big items. It is easy to get donations for smaller items but very difficult to fund big incentives like balls and bags for the high achieving well-behaved students. These students are the cream of the crop and deserve to spend their hard-earned tickets on valuable items. They set an example for all of our students and encourage others to do their best.
