Due to COVID, our school playground is closed this school year. My first grade students will still have daily recess in the grassy area outside our classroom. I want them to have a chance to play and develop gross motor skills after months of being stuck inside at home. These materials will give them a chance to play and be kids again! They will get to run around, draw with chalk, practice balance with stilts, try out their hula hoop and jump rope skills, and work on hand-eye coordination. Please help me create a stocked recess bin full of fun toys to get my students moving!
