We are in need of the basics: Pens, Pencils, Folders, notebooks, and highlighters. These materials will be used every day to organize our music, take notes, journal various facts about music theory and history, and highlight the parts of our music. Help students in need by providing them with essential elements to have the right start to the school year. In our urban and diverse school, getting just the basics can be a major challenge. Having these fundamentals ready will make a massive difference in starting ALL students off on the right foot. The feeling of many of us getting the materials needed to have success in Choir (or any class) on the first day of school is never had by many of my students. Please consider helping them have that experience.
