The varying weights will help students with their individually differentiated fitness needs. The students can see their progress in conditioning as they are able to increase the weight levels of the different sandbags. Sand bags can be used in a variety of workouts and will enable the students to stay engaged and interested in their workouts. Sand bags are practical and durable pieces of fitness equipment that can be manipulated easily and effectively. These sand bags are easy to store and can be moved around to different locations and environments.
