Effective lessons created by some of the top School Counselors and other specialists in the field are shared (each for low cost) on Teachers Pay Teachers. These lessons on Social and Emotional Learning, including Handling Anxiety and Worry, Learning Mindfulness, and Developing a Growth Mindset are interactive virtual lessons that would each take weeks to create if I were to assemble them on my own (which I have attempted). The use of technology, graphics, and the interactive nature of the lessons cause them to easily engage students during whole classroom lessons.
