All students are provided with a tablet and are using internet based resources in the classroom. Students were given earbuds at the beginning of the year, but they are too large for little 3rd grade ears and poorly made. Many of the earbuds are broken and the ones that are not broken are uncomfortable for 8-9 year olds because they were made for adults. Many of these students cannot afford to purchase their own headphones for school. Without these essential supplies, students are forced to sit very close to their tablets, straining their eyes, in order to hear their tablets on a very low volume.
