Let's be honest! We live in a world where technology is at the forefront. One of the most important skills our next generation is required to have in order to succeed is a knowledge in this area. It will not only open doors in their minds, but also in other business opportunities. I work at a Title 1 school where a higher then normal percentage of the over 800 students taught don't even get any Christmas presents because their parents can't afford it. Not to mention phones, computers, or other forms of technological devices. Sure, these students get to experience apps in the class that will teach them the skill like math, writing, and science, but what about creativity? What about asking a student to take their search outside and write their own story? Diving into their own emotions and using that to spark a breakthrough. Asking them to focus on a goal meant to be kept forever instead of merely a single moment. These iPads will do just that. It will be used in musical composition and video editing. It will give the kids a hands on approach to their own learning in a technologically driven world! Also, what better way to do that then with the best product- Apple!
