Technology in education has increased significantly within this decade. With technology involved in education, students are more active in their learning. With the addition of Chromebooks, my students will be able to receive a more personalized learning experience and a more in-depth interaction with a math curriculum that requires a 1:2 access to technology. Furthermore, this will allow me to differentiate to an even higher degree and begin identifying and closing some of the learning gaps that many students have in mathematics. The Chromebooks will be utilized to access online lessons, quizzes, fast facts, and usage reports for accountability purposes.
