Our student population as a majority is high-risk and low income. They are very inquisitive and work hard to succeed. We have committed to making our school a successful STEM school. The students are very active in their community and their school. They are supportive of each other and help each other to meet their goals. We have been honored to have several projects funded. Every time a project is funded the students are amazed of the kindness of strangers. Although the projects help our students academically, I am so excited for them to learn about the good and hope in this world. The lesson they learn every time someone is generous enough to donate to one of our causes is priceless. It shows them that the general public thinks education is important and most of all that people want them to be successful and have items they need.
