The class set of scissors, composition books, markers, colored pencils and crayons will help us to continue to create interactive notebooks in our reading and language arts classes. Our interactive notebooks have become a great guide for students to always have visual notes on-hand. The colored paper will be used for the students to be able to have task cards that elaborate on the skill in which they are learning about. A safe place for my students to be able to store their school supplies is very crucial in the area in which I teach. Many of my students don't have a backpack to bring to school, so they need a place to store their supplies. The addition of a storage cart would help students have a "safe place" to keep their belongings. With the addition of a storage cart being the "home" for their supplies, the students will have a sense of peace by knowing they will be prepared by having the supplies needed each time they come to class.
