Our kinder/ 1st grade combo class is part of a small, rural school in Dorena, Oregon. There are less than 150 kids in our pre K -8th grade school. Many of the students in our class have mountains, creeks, rivers, and forests in their backyards. We have the beauty of the world in our backyards, but we are still lacking some support and supplies in our little school, especially because many of our families do not have a lot to give. Our class is a family. We are generous and kind and look out for one another. We are grateful for any and all support.
