Each student will finally have their own drum to use besides sharing. Different drum sizes can be used to preview different sounds and pitches within instruments. Students will be able to create rhythmic patterns and rounds with other students and be more engaged in the learning process about instruments. Students need these drums in order to create a fully functional music classroom. Students in the community have little opportunity to play instruments and be involved in music activities and this will allow them more opportunities to be a part of something creative. This can help build group and community involvement with all ages.
