Help me give my students a bookshelf to help create our growing library where they can learn to love reading! I want my kids to walk into the room and see a variety of books for them to explore. Some of my kids don't have many, if any, books at home. Sure, I could let them dig through a traditional bookshelf, but what's more exciting than seeing all those books showcased for them to choose from? Seasonal books are some of my favorite books and with our reading curriculum. It's going to be hard to do read alouds of those everyday. So this is one way to make sure they at least have the opportunity to look at my favorite books each and every day if they choose. I love to watch them "read" and explore books. Thanks for taking the time to read about my sweet little class!
