We are a Chicago public specialty high school on the South Side of Chicago! We offer students individualized instructional programs that are designed to meet our students' ability levels and diverse learning needs. Students at Ray Graham have varying levels of intellectual disabilities, autism and specific learning disabilities. Students attend our school for vocational programming, job training, community-based education and related services. We also offer core academic classes. We do our best work in the community where we can engage in hands-on learning, promote independent thinking and problem solving in real world scenarios, generalize and apply our skills. We focus on increasing work related skills including social and leisure skills, travel training on public transportation/CTA and preparedness for our students to obtain employment prior to graduation.
