I always have the best class! 5th graders are inquisitive, introspective, social, and full of life. Our 5th grade team is departmentalized, meaning we teach our homeroom students reading and writing, then we rotate to teach math, science, and social studies. I am responsible for social studies for our entire 5th grade class. My homeroom students remain in our class, however, and the teachers rotate. Their space is their very own! I have 19-22 students per class, one class being an inclusion classroom. Meaning that my students that recieve special education services learn alongside their peers that do not recieve special education services. Our class is fun, safe, and always holds the best discussions around our learning and reading. We love to dive deeper and develop meaning to all we do. We appreciate all of your support and generosity. Thank you so much!
