Our students are a happy bunch of lower elementary boys and girls, who attend a public school in California. They are a friendly group who are always willing to help each other. However, sometimes students in this class can get frustrated because of different learning disabilities. After taking a poll, our students favorite activities include playing with our classroom hamsters, show and tell, and going on field trips. Sometimes we have impromptu dance parties, and classroom festivities to celebrate achievements. Academically, the students have made great strides in the last year. Many students are participating regular classrooms. This is quite an important feat in Special Education. I would like to continue to push my students into regular classrooms as their skills improve.
