Students from my school come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. The school is 87% Hispanic and 100% free and reduced lunch. Also, their is a high mobility rate within the district, as well as military families. My students are a group of very active, enthusiastic, and eager first graders. My students are always asking questions, inquiring, and want to know more. The students in my classroom come to school with little or no access to technology at home. When they come to the classroom environment, they are suppose to have access to (2) working student computers. However, I currently only have one working classroom computer.
