Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Marsh, and I am a 2nd-grade teacher with 14 years of experience in the classroom. I believe students learn best when they feel safe, supported, and valued. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. In our classroom, we celebrate one another's successes, support each other through challenges, and learn the importance of kindness, compassion, and teamwork. I strive to create a "home away from home" where students feel comfortable taking risks, building relationships, and developing a love of learning. Through a family-like classroom community, students gain confidence, resilience, and the support they need to thrive each day.
