The yoga balls, bouncy bands, and wobble cushions and chairs will provide my students with the gross motor stimulation needed to focus quietly on their content and complete independent work in a more comfortable setting for them. For example, the students would be able to use these materials during Reader's and Writer's Workshop to aid in student focus while building their reading stamina and being engaged in their writing topics. These materials will reduce the amount of behavioral issues present in my classroom and make learning content more enjoyable for the students. This will, in all, increase their learning growth and time spent on task and immersed in their learning and exploration.
