My students will be able to engage with math and literacy in new and exciting ways. These materials will help them retell familiar stories, practice counting and sorting, and learn letters and letter sounds through play and environmental print. With your contribution, students will be able to engage in meaningful play, using materials to bowl with the alphabet and retell stories using manipulatives and puppets. They will also be able to engage in painting activities relating to familiar stories. These materials will be invaluable to students' learning; helping them strengthen their letter and letter-sound recognition, improve their language skills, develop creativity, and practice counting and one-to-one correspondence.
