As children, we believed Star Wars was a far off galaxy... just make believe, right? Maybe not? When I was a child, robots were a thing of the future. Well, that future is now here! In our fast past society with technology, it is difficult to stay on top of it all, and even more challenging in a high poverty school system where funds are never available. The Dash and Dot robots are an exciting, fun, and engaging way to teach students how to develop into confident problem solvers. The Kindle will help students use their robots in many different ways to learn coding and maneuver their robot on the wild adventures they create! Students will design and construct algorithms for the robots to complete a series of tasks. The curriculum is aligned to the states common core and is cutting edge real-world application.
