The novels I have requested, are part of our required reading for our novel based curriculum. By having the books readily available to my students, they will have an opportunity to read and create real life connections to the text and continue developing an interest in reading. It is proven that the best way to increase interest in reading, is to have books readily available, and these novels will do just that for my students. The books themselves will also send them a message, that people care and are interested in their education. My students have a lot of potential and they need people to believe in them. I believe in my students and by you helping them, it will show that you do as well
