The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them an opportunity to connect to their cultural background. These items will be used to help them relate and see that the choices they make now can either positivity or negatively affect their future. The puzzles and books will give them a visual on the possibilities of future success and our discussions will help them realize that it is all possible for them as well. These items, specifically the Legacy card game, affirmations puzzle, and solar-powered car will be extremely beneficial for them as we touch on STEAM related activities and hands-on workshops all while building their self confidence and motivation to continue to learn. I would love for these girls, and more to come in the near future, to have this opportunity to learn and grow even more!
