Students will access a wide variety of online resources available to supplement our work in the classroom (such as TED Talks and electronic articles). Additionally, students will have the opportunity to use and project information related to what they are reading and discussing in class. A projector will provide students the necessary resources to expand and apply their learning about current issues affecting their community. In order to meet students' academic needs, I must first address their various modes of learning. Students will also be able to create presentations and show videos to demonstrate their learning. We've learned that our students are very tech savvy, and the best way to keep them engaged is through technology.

About my class
