In the Food Science course, we focus on hands-on learning that the students can take and use outside of the classroom. My request is for Food Science supplies for preserving, dehydrating and other techniques they can apply years after their high school career is over. Education is not only about learning but it is also about taking what they've learned and applying it to something outside of the school walls. I appreciate any support that you are able to to my students and classroom!
