Children need the opportunity to create and bring their imagination to life! These STEM items will allow students to use their creative juices, problem solve, and use their fine motor skills. Many children are lacking the basic fine motor skills of pushing and pulling items together. Through your generous donation, these children will be able to have access to STEM materials that will allow them to bring their imaginations to life! Each item was carefully selected because students need to see that there are many ways to build. As we all know, variety is best! They enjoyed the STEM project "The Three Little Pigs". Each student had one material to build with and then we tried blowing the homes down. It's through play learning such as this that students stay engaged and want to learn. They are the engineers with STEM!
