Stress balls and sensory manipulators provide support to students not only in the classroom, but during both individual and group counseling sessions. Students are able to relieve stress and muscle tension by squeezing, bending and manipulating these toys with their hands. Your generous donations will help reduce stress, minimize distractions and support learning through the use of malleable sensory manipulators. Evidence-based practices show that stress balls are effective with students who are diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, anxiety, and autism. Providing these sensory manipulators for the classroom and counseling sessions will help reduce "wear and tear" and hygienic concerns since multiple students utilize these toys every day. These stress balls will help increase the positive climate for students and staff alike! Thank you for helping create a safe and healthy learning environment for my amazing students!
