We are lucky to have big windows along one of the sides of our classroom. Unfortunately, during the afternoon, it is almost impossible to view and interact with our Promethean board due to the glare from the sun coming into our room. We are fortunate to have this amazing piece of technology to work with, but we do not get to access it after the morning hours because of the sun. We need to add blackout curtains with rods so we can use the board to further our learning. In addition to helping us see the board better, the curtains will also be an added safety feature, since we are on the bottom floor. I will be able to close the curtains if we ever have to face an intruder lockdown.
