I want to take the curiosity that my students have to understand the world around them and bring hands-on, real world learning opportunities in classroom. Many of my students lack the background knowledge, real world experiences and applications of what they are learning. As a person who went to this elementary as a child and lived the everyday challenges my students face, I want to give them those experiences that I didn't have. I want to make their learning authentic and have it reach globally. My job is to provide them with the thinking and learning skills that enable them to become the world's future problem solvers!

About my class
