My students are your typical first graders in a middle class community. They are creative, they love learning, and they love technology. They are always excited to be active parts in the learning process. An ELMO projector will let them do just that. Overhead projectors are nice, but they are very limited in what students can do with them, other than making shadow puppets on the wall. Transparencies can be made for overhead projectors, but they are costly and not as engaging as putting actual work under the camera to project. Students will be able to turn their work into full wall displays to share with their classmates.
