The amazing scholars that make up our classroom are incredibly diverse. With a high population of students from Nepal, Puerto Rico, different parts of Africa and the U.S., we have the massive challenge of bridging those language gaps and helping ALL of our students connect with the content being taught. Paxtang is also a 70% free and reduced lunch school. We have a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds that filter into our building. Although they come from a wide range of cultures, our kiddos are incredibly resilient and work collaboratively to achieve a common goal.
