In my class we read every day, with complete choice in the books we read. There are no strings attached with these books, the goal is simply to grow their enjoyment of reading through the year and share stories with each other. These additions to my classroom would help aid those students who are struggling to find just the right book, or they've read so many of the books I have already. With this endeavor in mind, my library is a constantly evolving core part of my classroom. It needs to move with students interests, with social relevance, and with the grades I am teaching at that time. The library is an ongoing project that is the heart of my classroom.
