My students are a very diverse group due to our school location in the heart of a refugee city. Many of our students have come here not knowing any English at all, but music is a language anyone can speak. Our school is very supportive of the arts and the students have been provided a wonderful music classroom with many percussive instruments. The students have enjoyed African drumming and bucket drumming this school year.
