This compilation of alphabet and phonics materials will support emergent readers in their reading development. They are learning their letters and letter sounds as well as sight words and vocabulary. This is especially tricky work for students who are also learning English for the first time! I chose these materials specifically because language learners deserve more than just worksheets. Tactile and interactive materials provide students with opportunities to develop skills in a way that sticks and helps them progress in their development more quickly. I am teaching even our youngest learners that they can use their voices and words to make a difference in the world. Help them learn the foundational skills in order to share their voices with the world!
