Our school is a public school with close to 400 students from a diverse background. My students are bright multilingual second graders. They enjoy reading poetry, singing, clapping out rhythms, listening to stories, and most importantly sharing. We have a twice monthly assigned sharing which includes reciting poetry and presenting a book report. We meet throughout the day at the Math board to share math equations, discuss math concepts, and work out math problems.

About my class
