Many young adults do not know about resources that are available for the community after they graduate from high school. With this project, I am hoping to help change that just enough so that they know how to search for support for themselves, their families or friends in the future. These Parenting Simulators will help them feel the urgency that some families feel when they are in need. Whenever we come back to classes in person, I will have activities that require them to know what kind of resources our community offers to people in need, including those with babies like these simulators. By knowing about these resources they will also better understand how the government helps support the community and its needs. This will also help them better understand how important their vote and community involvement is so that people can get what they need.
