I am in need of books in both Spanish and English that are multicultural for my students to be able to read during their silent reading time. Many of the books donated to our school, or that are from thrift shops are either not in Spanish, or do not represent my student population, which is 83% Hispanic. In order to maintain the fidelity of our bilingual model I need to have books in both languages that the students can read regularly. My students would benefit greatly from books in Spanish and English, and that are multicultural in nature. They will read these books daily in the classroom.
